Memorial Weekend

Friday was our first day of SUMMER!

Since it was so nice and overcast outside we met 

some friends at the park! We let the kids play

and had a picnic lunch.

Its so nice to have a nice overcast day in the middle 

of May, we had to get outside and enjoy it!

Here is Olivia, Kenzie, Maya, and Blake all 

having fun on the alligator! 

Saturday morning we had our last soccer game!

Even though most of the season was spent with 

Blake picking up air gun bullets...

or me, "bribing" him to go out and "KICK THE BALL!"

Some Saturdays he had a hard time playing 

soccer so early in the morning!! 8AM is EARLY!

For our last game Blake had Granna, Papa,

Carley and her kids all there to watch Blake!

He had 2 REALLY "close calls" and then his

third try to score he did it! 

He made his FIRST goal... we ended up winning the

game! We had such a fun season of soccer and

are thinking about one more season of soccer

before we move on to flag football!

Then, for Memorial Day we also celebrated

Mason's 11th birthday! :)

We went over to Jenny's and played on the 

blow up slide! The kids all had such a good time!

Blake loved shooting all the big kids with 

the water gun!

Then it was time to sing Happy Birthday to

Mason (and Neil, whose Birthday is tomorrow!)

We had LOTS of help lighting and blowing 

out the candles!

Kenzie wanted to eat her dessert by 

Uncle Justin and Lyvi!

Then, Jenny took Kenzie down the slide...

and she decided she LOVED it! :)

We had so much fun this weekend...

its so nice to have a long weekend with 

Ryan home from work!

I enjoy weekends like this! :)
