The Polar Express

Every year since Blake was little

I've always wanted to go on the

Polar Express but it has been full.

I was so excited when Jeanne told us that

she had gotten tickets for the Polar Express

in Utah!! My kids were just as excited...

especially after opening their new pajamas

from Buddy!

So we got in our pajamas and headed to Heber, to

ride the Polar Express!

Peyton tried to stay as warm as she could.

A cute little elf told us the best place on the train to sit...

and she was right! We had great seats for all the

entertainment!

Then it was time for the man of the hour...

He was SO cute to all the kids and knew them all

by name!! (with some help from their name tags! ;)

After he said hi to McKenzie she jumped up and gave

him a big hug!! Here she is telling him that she wants

a new bike with a baby seat on it.

He even stopped and said hi to Peyton. I thought she'd

start crying but she was SO excited to get a bell!

On the way home Blake told me how Santa had said,

"Blake, you have been such a good big brother this year!"

"Thanks for being such a good boy!"

He was amazed that Santa remembered him!

I'm so glad that we were FINALLY able to go up to

the North Pole and see Santa!
