This year for the New Year we went to my
parents house for lunch and my dad saddled up the
horses. Blake decided that he wanted to ride the
BIG horses... he was a little timid at first but then
had a hard time taking turns! ;)

We thought we'd try to get all the nephews on
Jackson at the same time...
it didn't last too long.
So we then tried a nieces photo, but Kenzie
again wanted NOTHING to do with the horses!!
(I don't know where she gets it?! ;)
This was a BIG DEAL for Ryan...A few years ago,
he rode Jackson and my little sister rode the
other horse next to them yelling "GO Jackson" and
Ryan was bucked OFF and Jackson almost landed on him.
So here he is for Round II!
He did great and rode like a "Pro!" ;)

This too was a BIG DEAL for Kenzie... normally she wants
to be held when the chickens are out.
For some reason they are OBSESSED with Kenzie's
shoes!!
It was a day of overcoming fears in the
Alexander family!!
It must be the New Year! ;)

How fun!!! I did not know your family had horses! My family (especially my mom) has always been big into horses...dressage and hunter jumper. Looks super fun! When I FINALLY get home, we will have to do something fun!
